DiscoTok provides: • Discovery of trending TikTok content • Analytics and insights for content creators • Bookmarking and saving features • Premium subscription plans with additional features

To use DiscoTok, you must: • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Free Plan: Limited access to trending data Paid Subscriptions: • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually • Payments are processed securely through Stripe • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled • Cancellation: Access continues until the end of the billing period • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

You agree not to: • Use the service for any illegal purpose • Scrape, data mine, or extract data beyond API limits • Attempt to bypass rate limits or quotas • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DiscoTok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
